Maine Highlands Sunrise at Lake Wassookeag
This is a mid June sunrise in the Maine Highlands as seen from Lake Wassookeag on the Shore Road in Dexter, Maine. The clouds add a very interesting texture to the landscape. They also repeat the converging likes created by the trees and hills. This is a favorite cove for loons, ice fishing, and those just wanting to relax with a nice view.
